Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Runner to join our team. As a crucial member of our front-of-house staff, you will ensure the smooth and efficient flow of service, acting as the vital link between our kitchen and dining area. Your role will be key in maintaining the high standards of service that New Restaurant is committed to offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Swiftly transport food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
• Assist servers in setting tables, clearing plates, and resetting tables promptly for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service stations and dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Assist in restocking and replenishing supplies as needed throughout service.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all food handling and service procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
