Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Receive new merchandise and meticulously check both quantity and quality to ensure standards are met.
• Price new items and display them attractively and strategically on the shelves to maximize visibility and appeal.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Provide unparalleled customer service by assisting customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences, fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product line to offer informed recommendations.

Sales and Transactions:

• Efficiently handle cashier duties, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and swiftly.
• Prepare and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Regularly check inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate and reorder as necessary.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or lingerie, is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
