Job Responsibilities:

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant's operations, ensuring seamless service and an outstanding guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure impeccable service standards are maintained at all times, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate daily floor operations, including seating arrangements, staff assignments, and inventory management, to optimize service flow and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service to guarantee customer satisfaction and maintain our restaurant's reputation.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with guests, encouraging feedback and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is required; English language skills are preferred to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is essential, with a track record of managing and leading teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to motivate the team and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure service standards and operational efficiency are consistently met.
