Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome and seat guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and addressing any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Service Excellence: Deliver timely and attentive service, ensuring guests' needs are met with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining atmosphere.
• Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure tables are neatly set and dining areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Payment Handling: Process guest payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are handled securely and efficiently.
• Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
