Position Overview:
We are seeking a charismatic and presentable Hostess to be the welcoming face of Allo Beirut. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in English, Arabic, and a bit of French. If you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating delightful first impressions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize the dining experience.
- Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front-of-house environment.
- Assist in creating a welcoming ambiance for all patrons.
- Provide guests with information on menu offerings and daily specials.
- Uphold Allo Beirut’s high standards for hospitality and service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; basic knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
