We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Female Cashier to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Acknowledge and warmly welcome every customer upon arrival.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate courteous and hospitable behavior by addressing customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Sales Enhancement: Apply service steps and suggest menu items to enhance the dining experience and meet sales goals.
• Operational Compliance: Adhere to branch policies and procedures for front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
• Inventory Management: Follow standards for stocking, storing, rotation, and merchandising all products to ensure product freshness and availability.
• Sanitation: Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty roster and cleaning standards to maintain a tidy and hygienic environment.
• Professional Presentation: Maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and staff.
• Transaction Handling: Efficiently handle cash transactions and follow cash handling procedures and cash till policies.
• Inventory Accuracy: Implement accurate inventory tracking for products to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Sales Contribution: Actively contribute to branch goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and inventory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
