Position Overview:
As a Runner at Disruptive Entertainment Group, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our projects and events. The ideal candidate will be based in the Naccache area and possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the logistical organization of events and productions, ensuring all materials and equipment are transported efficiently.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Handle deliveries and errands promptly and accurately, maintaining high standards of service.
- Contribute to the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, demonstrating problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing Disruptive Entertainment Group with enthusiasm and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, with excellent communication skills in all three languages.
- Reside in or near the Naccache area, with a strong understanding of the local environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the entertainment or events industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is preferred.
