Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of budgets; monitor and report on variances; and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including timely tax filings and audits.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices.
- Cost Control: Work closely with the F&B department to analyze costs and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement strategic solutions to enhance accounting operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior accountant role, with proven experience in the F&B industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
