Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the showroom and ensure excellent customer service.
- Train and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory and organize products in the showroom to attract customers.
- Develop local marketing strategies to attract more customers and increase sales.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and work on continuous improvement.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- University degree holder.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Proven ability to work full-time.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
