Job Summary:
As a Hostess at Disruptive Entertainment Group, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Your role is crucial in ensuring each guest feels welcome and valued. With your excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and French, you will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations efficiently, using our reservation system to accommodate guest preferences and special requests.
- Coordinate seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover while maintaining a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or entertainment industry is preferred.
