Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Waiter to join our team at Allo Beirut. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role demands a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring our guests feel valued and well taken care of from the moment they enter our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, guiding them through the menu and making personalized recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to tables.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including daily specials and promotions.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage transactions, including bill preparation and processing payments accurately.
• Uphold Allo Beirut’s standards of service excellence and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
