Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests by warmly welcoming them, accurately taking orders, and serving food and beverages with a friendly demeanor.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu and specials to offer insightful recommendations and answer any guest inquiries.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery, coordinating effectively with kitchen staff to meet guests’ expectations.
• Table Management: Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses, and maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area throughout service.
• Problem Solving: Address any guest concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to support overall service operations, including assisting with preparation and clean-up tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required; a passion for service and hospitality is essential.
• Location: Must reside in or near Jeita/Kesserwan to ensure reliable and timely attendance.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage with diverse clientele and work effectively as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
