Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with a focus on Lebanese cuisine.
• Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve menu items.
• Manage and train junior kitchen staff, offering guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Monitor and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring that all items are fresh and adequately stocked.
• Uphold kitchen organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols at all times.
• Demonstrate creativity and attention to detail in plating and presentation of dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
• Strong understanding and passion for Lebanese cuisine.
• Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
