Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at Marie France SAL, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. You will be responsible for ensuring our store is welcoming, our shelves are stocked, and our customers leave satisfied. Responsibilities:
-Inventory Management:
-Receive new merchandise and meticulously check both quantity and quality to ensure standards are met.
-Price new items and display them attractively and strategically on the shelves to maximize visibility and appeal.
Customer Service Excellence:
-Provide unparalleled customer service by assisting customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences, fostering a positive shopping experience.
-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product line to offer informed recommendations.
Sales and Transactions:
-Efficiently handle cashier duties, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and swiftly.
-Prepare and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Regularly check inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate and reorder as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
