Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance, preparing and analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, turning challenges into opportunities for improved service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring offerings are innovative and align with customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Plan and execute promotional events to attract and retain customers.
- Manage budgets and financial plans, striving to achieve financial targets and optimize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financials, and inventory effectively.
