Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our establishment, while fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for both our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are consistently met.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance, preparing and analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, turning challenges into opportunities for improved service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring offerings are innovative and align with customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Plan and execute promotional events to attract and retain customers.
• Manage budgets and financial plans, striving to achieve financial targets and optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financials, and inventory effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
