Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team at Allo Beirut. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Warmly acknowledge and greet every customer upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their dining experience.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous and hospitable service by addressing customer needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
• Sales Enhancement: Utilize service steps and suggest menu items to enhance the dining experience and achieve sales goals.
• Operational Compliance: Adhere to branch policies and procedures for front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Inventory Management: Follow standards for stocking, storing, rotating, and merchandising products to maintain freshness and availability.
• Sanitation: Perform cleaning tasks as per the duty roster and cleaning standards to ensure a tidy and hygienic environment.
• Professional Presentation: Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Transaction Handling: Efficiently handle cash transactions, following cash handling procedures and cash till policies.
• Inventory Accuracy: Implement accurate inventory tracking to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Sales Contribution: Actively contribute to branch goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a cashier or customer service role.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
