Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Girl to join our team in Kfarhbab. As a Sales Girl, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and contributing to the store's overall success. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Receive new merchandise and meticulously verify both quantity and quality to maintain high standards.
• Price new items and strategically display them to maximize visibility and customer appeal.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Provide unparalleled customer service by assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line to offer informed and personalized recommendations.
• Sales and Transactions:
• Efficiently handle cashier duties, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and swiftly.
• Prepare and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Store Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Regularly check inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate and reorder as necessary.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or lingerie, is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
