Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team at our ABC Ashrafiyeh location. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for fashion and a proven track record in sales management. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales objectives.
- Strong understanding of retail management, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
