• Ambiance Management: Maintain an inviting atmosphere by ensuring the front-of-house area is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Communication: Liaise with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service delivery and timely responses to guest needs.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
