Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of new merchandise to ensure it meets our high standards.
• Price new items accurately and display them attractively on shelves to maximize customer engagement and sales potential.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers in finding products that match their needs and preferences, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product line to provide informed recommendations.

Sales and Transactions:

• Efficiently manage cashier duties, ensuring all transactions are processed swiftly and accurately.
• Prepare and follow up on customer orders to guarantee timely delivery and satisfaction.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Regularly monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary to meet customer demand.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's success.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Previous retail experience, particularly in fashion or lingerie, is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
