Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly clear and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of service stations, including necessary equipment and condiments.
• Assist with side work such as replenishing condiments and restocking stations.
• Handle guest requests, greet and seat guests, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth service operations.
• Maintain an organized back area and assist with special tasks as needed.
• Deliver attentive and personalized service, including suggestive selling and up-selling of menu items.
• Stay informed about menu changes and promotional activities.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high service standards and personal grooming.
