Position Overview:

As a Restaurant Manager at Al Khawajat Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Achrafieh location. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring our guests receive an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, ensuring staff are motivated and trained to deliver exceptional service.
• Implement and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Foster strong relationships with guests, addressing feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage order supplies to maintain optimal stock.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
• Uphold compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Analyze financial reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Lebanese restaurant or hotel setting.
• Proficiency in English, Arabic, and French, with excellent communication skills in all three languages.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
