Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Tetra Pak equipment, particularly TBA19/200 SLIM _20V machines, to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to schedule and perform preventive maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize production impact.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and operators on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Tetra Pak operations, with proven expertise on TBA19/200 SLIM _20V machines.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
