Position Overview:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Lead by example, ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost restaurant visibility and patronage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
